Terms of Use
Last updated 3 September 2026
Binder is published by Farpine LLC. By creating an account or using Binder you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps distributed through the App Store.
The service
Binder is free. There are no purchases, subscriptions or advertisements, and we intend to keep it that way. It is provided as it is: we work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will always be available, and we may change or discontinue features, or the service itself, with notice in the app where we can give it.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or older to create an account.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person, please. There is no reason to have two.
- You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by emailing us; see the privacy policy.
Your collection
What you record in Binder — your collection, wishlist and trade list — is yours. You give us permission to store it and sync it to the phones you sign in on, which is the whole point, and nothing more. We do not claim ownership of it, publish it, or show it to other people.
Prices are information, not advice
Market prices in Binder are indicative figures from public marketplace data, refreshed roughly daily. They are not an offer to buy or sell, not a valuation for insurance or tax, and not a promise that any card will fetch that amount. Check before you trade. Card images and prices are shown for reference only.
The catalogue
We try hard to keep the catalogue complete and correct, but a catalogue of 21,000+ cards assembled from public sources will contain mistakes: a wrong number, a missing printing, a variant that does not exist. Tell us at support@farpine.com and we will fix it. The card in your hand is the authority, not the app.
Acceptable use
Use Binder to keep track of cards. Do not use it, or the service behind it, to bulk-download the catalogue, the images or the prices; to build a competing dataset or service; to interfere with the servers; or to access another person’s account. Automated access outside the app is not permitted.
Ending it
You can stop using Binder and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service, and we may end the service altogether; if we do, we will say so in the app first where we can.
Trademarks
Binder is an independent, fan-made collection tracker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company International.
Pokémon, Pokémon character names, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and all card artwork, logos and set symbols are trademarks and copyrights of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. They are shown here only to help you identify and organise cards you own.
No warranty
Binder is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farpine LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of Binder, from reliance on the prices or catalogue it displays, or from the service being unavailable.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use Binder after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
